Post 3 Description
As we discussed on Tuesday and saw first hand on Thursday, NYC neighborhoods are constantly changing - art community to luxury, poor to rich, industrial to residential. Do you think this is good or bad? Should the government make laws to preserve these neighborhoods, so that they don't change so dramatically? Why or why not?
