The 9/11 memorial
The 9/11 memorial is a lage space where used to be the twin towers and the wolrdwide center in New York. This place is now rebuilt and converted into a memorial that inlcudes 1 musemum, 2 big pools in memory of the victims of the 9/11 terrorists attacks and a large amount of trees, all of them dedicated to the victims of the terrorist atack and in the same number of victims.
When i first time saw the memorial I felt respect and sadness, I was thinking about the families that the victims left behind and how sad is that place for them, however, is good that all that place is dedicated to the fallen and their memories.
The 9/11 memorial is a simbol of peace and to remember the victims of the actacks.
In my city (Cordoba, Veracruz, Mexico) is a very little sigh called "La casa quemada" and is a monument to who lost their lifes to achive the independence of Mexico of one of the most important battles in the war for the independence of mexico.
Hi, Aldo! Really is very important the 9/11 memorial, is a way of remember the persons that became victims of the terroristic attack. As such you said, there are a museum, and 2 big pools. The place is amazing.
