I think that if the change is to make a better place, then it's right, but if there are monuments and buildings of interest, then the government may make laws for the preservation of these places in the neighborhood.
This article requires a deeper analysis, because maybe let you build remodeling industries that give people jobs. It is therefore a cost-benefit analysis is required.
I think that don't have an answer that said yes or no, first it need be analysed. The answer depend on several factors.
Hi Jose! I totally agree with you about the different factors that are involved in the decision of demolish or keep a building or neighborhood. From my point of view, goverment has to make a deep analysis about advantages, benefits, disadvantages and also analyze the future purposes and uses of the place. However, corruption may interfered in the process.
