Preserve Historical Buildings

Nowadays all in the World is changing constantly, very quickly, we live in a dynamic environment.
Not only talking about technology, additionally population has been growing and many enormous buildings but with small departments are constructed for residential and old buildings are demolished.

In spite of that, from my point of view, government should make laws to preserve some old buildings that have been keeping Historical events through years because of that people can learn about the past episodes of the neighbourhood.

Ciertanly, changes are always necessary for improving areas. This transition happens commonly as an expression of evolution and growth; however, it is important to consider that identity of the places where these changes are made is not lost since would not be recognized by the positives points that these regions have at the time. I think that to avoid this situation, the government could establish some regulation that provides a lower uncertainty of belonging in these cases. So, as in the case of neighborhoods, changes are made only in those parts of the neighborhood where need it. Thus, the changes would become less drastic and would focus on the essence of improvement and progress in stead of the idea of total eradication.

In my opinion constantly changing is part of the life, we are involved in the economic system, so as an effect of the process of globalization, cultures around the world are expose to change; the treatments between countries has given a chance to be in contact with other cultures and to take the best of each.
I think that it's is helpful to improve the neighborhoods by adapting them to the modernization; however, we have to focus on preserving the essence and traditions of each.

In my opinion the changes in the neighborhoods are good and necessaries when there are problems like insecurity, drugs, gangs or violence and I think in that case is necessaries that the government intervention to change the difficult situation. The best way is offering permits to build a new buildings, new stores and maybe some facilities such as subway station, bus station, schools and parks. On the other hand the problem is the price of the apartment or the house can increase strongly and only the rich people can to buy them and the poor people have to find another neighborhood. So the changes have a positive side and a negative side but I think that the priority is to give people safe places to live.

Constantly changing is sign of development and evolution. However, cities such as New York that has a radical and fleeting changes should have a specific neighborhoods' regulation  which preserves landmarks and history . Actually, as a consequence of Penn Station's destruction a law was created: "The Landmark Preservation Law and Commission ". At the beginning the law just protected historic buildings and neighborhoods, some years later the law was expanded to public interiors and landscapes . So, the law is a symbol of urban image´s importance, landmarks' preservation and the significance of keeping the essence history of New York City.

I think is important the neighborhoods are changing. It is important be always the vanguard because around the world different places also  are changing  because now there are new tecnologies, discoveries, new things and the population demands new and  better things. I think that the Goverment should design proyects where can foment modern neighborhoods and the same time can preseve their history and important caracteristics. That is relevant because it is very atractive for tourists and each neighborhood can increase the lifestyle of their citizens and be example to others states or countries.

I think that changing a neighborhood id a bad issue, specially on ancient neighborhoods, because ti may cause the loose of the actual facade and probably thousand  of years of a facade and it means to lose the history of the people too, so governments must to protect neighborhoods from dramatically changes because people can have a lack of culture or history by doing dramatically changes.
